When a customer wants to schedule an appointment they have to fill the above form. After filling the form they will recieve and email that includes a quoted price. They can make a payment once the appointment has been scheduled depending on their prior selected payment type.

Customers are able to schedule garage cleaning or hauling service. Unlike the delivery service they can not make a payment up until a member from the company asseses how much cleaning or hauling is actually involved.

Full name and email inputs for customer willing to subscribe to the mailing list. Customers that have already subscribed will be notified if they try to resubscribe.
